Oh man. This took waaaaay longer than it should have. BUT BY GOD I LOVE IT. Its rare I say that about my art btw. I reffed Awright Jack's bar in the Los Bosmos mall from the show. It was hard considering all I had to go on were screenshots. The things behind them are the walkways of the upper level of the mall and the thing on the right is the waterfall.
And Kurtz looks like he's going to kiss her at any minute. THAT is why I love this. He seems to love being fondled under the chin and flattered. She's practically on his lap lol!
This is her second head. The first one I drew was too far away since I wanted her hand in under his chin. Kurtz came out fine though. Razz looks like she belongs on the show and I'm getting better with style emulation, something I struggle with. Mum said they look pointy. Well she hasn't seen Freefonix but the characters are angular and pointed. And I noticed Kurtz looks like a skinny bugger and he is but when he's next to BB, she is WAAAAY slimmer than he is.

I love this. SO SOOOO much. It really makes up for the previous disaster of a pic I did of them lol! The background took 4 hours to sketch and colour. I sketched them out one night and that took three hours (I was watching TV at the time though) and I coloured them last night which only took two. So that's around 9 hours. I usually get art done way faster than that but this was something, like the sound clash pic, that I was unsure of drawing because it had to be in keeping with the show and that is harder than just merely drawing what I'm comfortable with. As artists, I think we have to push ourselves sometimes, just to make sure we don't get into repetative habits and not try anything new.
So yeah, I'm proud of this!

I can do these backgrounds, IF I have a ref. Otherwise I have to make it up and it's not so good lol! I had several refs for this one and they weren't brilliant but I'm happy with the result.
