This was inspired by the work of KankaKanka and Pearl Eden! I've been having trouble with my fur technique.

Basically because I tried to do the fur on most of the body and made it too sharp so it looked like (as someone pointed out) fur made of steel (on the second of those two pics)
So, looking around I found it seems to work better on just the places of the body where longer fur is and maybe doing a suggestion of fur on the rest of the body. Like I've done here.
My friend Neo was the one who taught me how to do fur like this in the first place and since then I've been practising with it and trying but I find it hard to make it flow properly with the coat, especially on the tail.

My previous drawing of Zephron is so old and made of fail, man I hope I've improved since then!
Anyway, I like this new one. The paw facing forwards gave me hell but I got there in the end.
